The Club Annual General Meeting is held in November and is open to all members. The 2025 AGM was held on Tuesday 18th NOVEMBER 2025 at the Blythe Hill Tavern (Stanstead Road SE6) and via Zoom.

The next AGM will be held in November 2026.
