RESULTSCross Country in Beckenham
Secret Cross Country started at Beckenham Place Park after a very wet course trial last week. A full report of the races is now available on the club website.

RunThrough Olympic Park 5k/10k
At Olympic Park on Saturday morning, Rob Laing ran 34.11, Stuart Beaney in his first race since January ran 36.31, and Georgina Wiley ran an impressive 37.01, over the rolling course.
London Hurdles and Middle Distance Open
Kent AC had representives across the events in Bromley on Sunday afternoon:

In addition to weekly club cross country races at Beckenham, there are some road races available on runbritain.
Gravesend Floodlit 10k and 5k Series
A series of races held throughout the winter at Gravesend Cyclopark organised by Nice Work.

C-Group training
Tuesday’s session is 5x800m with 400m jog recovery. Prior to arrival please don’t forget to complete the Covid-19 self-declaration form available here.

B-Group Training
This week’s sees the return of the B-Group favourite, Hilly Fields Fartlek. Stuart Beaney for will post more details in the What’s App group. If you’re not part of the group and would like to join, please reply to this email.
B-Group women
Training continues with Pete Boxshall and Ellie Brown on Tuesday nights meeting at 7.10pm. If interested, please contact Pete or Ellie for more information.
