CLUB AGM – THIS TUESDAY

A reminder that the club AGM will be this coming Tuesday night (30 November) at the Blythe Hill Tavern, 319 Stanstead Rd, London SE23 1JB starting from 8.30pm

All members are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Club Secretary Dan Ansell will be circulating the agenda and relevant papers ahead of the AGM.

CHRISTMAS PARTY INCOMING

A reminder that our Christmas party will be held after the Beckenham XC race on 18 December @ 7:30pm.
Venue: The Sylvan Post, 24-28 Dartmouth Road, Forest Hill, SE23 3XZ.

The £17 whole evening / dinner ticket includes a two-course (vegan and vegetarian included) buffet, music, dancing and general good cheer.

We have now also opened up £5 tickets for members who would like to join after the dinner (from 9pm) for drinks and dancing.

MAX HARBORD KICKS OFF THE INDOOR TRACK SEASON IN STYLE

Bringing you some exciting early season indoor track racing news: Max Harbord won the London University Championships 60m on 20 November in 7.12secs, a huge indoor PB. He also backed this up to come 2nd in the 200m at the same meet

Congratulations Max! We are excited to see what you do in the season to come!

Cross Country season is in full swing and there are still a few opportunities for you to get involved in the lead up to the end of the year. Please consider which races you will be committing to and let Dan Pettitt or Sarah Hanley know using the links below! 

Reminder: All members are encouraged to come along and run. Please keep Sarah and Dan up to date with your availability if anything changes on the day.

TRACK TRACK TRACK

The track at Ladywell remains open for club members during the following times:
Tuesday 17:15 – 20:45
Thursday 18:30 – 20:30
Sunday 09:00 – 11:30
Please note that individuals are permitted to do their own sessions during club opening times, but coached group sessions continue to take priority.

We will be heading into December this week so please make sure you are purchasing your new track pass ahead of Thursday sessions here

Please purchase your December £5 junior monthly track pass in advance here. When purchasing the track pass can parents/guardians please enter the athlete’s name when completing the transaction
